Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook enYoutube &amp;nbsp;hebben een vaste stek verworven in de communicatiemix van de moderne marketing manager. Binnen de muren van de organisatie werken de social media principes als openheid, transparantie en authenticiteit&amp;nbsp;onder de noemer ‘Enterprise 2.0’. Onlangs werd in Amsterdam het ‘Beyond Enterprise 2.0’ congres gehouden. Geen duizenden bezoekers zoals in de VS, maar slechts zo'n 50 mannen en vrouw. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Het programma was indrukwekkend met grote namen zoals&amp;nbsp;SAP,&amp;nbsp;Alcatel-Lucent, Elsevier en de United Nations. De onderwerpen liepen uiteen, maar het ging hoofdzakelijk om Enterprise 2.0 tools, &amp;nbsp;specifieke praktijkcases en hoe de gebruiker het allemaal oppakt. Opvallende conclusie is dat veel mensen binnen de organisatie bang zijn om te veranderen en dat&amp;nbsp;Enterprise 2.0&amp;nbsp;daarom geen kans krijgt. Niet alleen de IT mensen, maar ook de CEO en de medewerkers zijn angstig voor de transparantie en het openlijk delen van informatie. Zoals zo vaak geconstateerd is nieuwe informatietechnologie waardeloos als het niet wordt omarmd. Forceren mag niet, maar als zelfs de CEO niet durft, dan is het natuurlijk helemaal hopeloos. Toch zullen ook de angsthazen binnenkort overstag moeten, want het nieuwe werken vergt nieuw managementstijlen en alles &amp;nbsp;draait om engagement. &amp;nbsp;Enterprise 2.0 speelt daarin een sleutelrol. In 2011 zullen de inkomsten 10,3 miljard dollar bedragen en dat betekent een stijging van 41,4 procent, in vergelijking met de omzet uit 2010: 7,3 miljard dollar. Voor 2015 voorspelt Gartner een groei naar een omzet van 29,1 miljard dollar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De omzet komt grotendeels uit advertenties, 5,5 miljard dollar in 2011 en 8,2 miljard dollar in 2012.&lt;br /&gt;Voor de omzet uit social gaming betreft dit 3,2 miljard dollar in 2011 en 4,5 miljard dollar in 2012.&lt;br /&gt;Dat is inclusief het geld dat via sociale netwerken direct verdiend wordt aan gebruikers die spelen op social networks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De omzet uit premiumdiensten van sociale netwerken groeit in 2011 nog tot zo'n 236 miljoen dollar wereldwijd en 313 miljoen dollar in 2012.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Er is een trend zichtbaar waarbij adverteerders zich minder richten op eenmalige advertentieplaatsing en kliks, maar naar een langdurige betrokkenheid met de gebruiker gaan streven.
